Helping People Stay at Home Longer

Providing high value care so people can stay at home is at the core of what we do and is how we deliver on our purpose – building community capacity to optimise health and wellbeing. Over the next five years we aim to make a significant difference in the health and wellbeing of our clients across three core areas: health, aged care and country services.

Our People

Customer Centre

Our Customer Centres play a vital role in supporting our staff nationally, to ensure best possible client outcomes. Our two Centres in Perth and Adelaide operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support our clients, partners and referrers.

Silver Chain Alarms

Over the past year 4,700 Silver Chain clients and their families had the added security of a fully monitored personal alarm and/or fall detector. They both enable clients the security of knowing a trained operator is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Information Services

Silver Chain Group’s Information Services team provides innovative solutions and support across the organisation, ultimately impacting how we care for our clients.

EOS and ComCare

EOS was established by the Silver Chain Group and provides ComCare to a number of care organisations. ComCare makes a significant difference to the quality of care delivered and provides cost efficiencies and travel optimisation.

Registered Training Organisation

Amidst a year of intense industry reform at national and state levels, both within the nationally recognised training industry and the health and community care industries it serves, RDNS Training (in South Australia) and Silver Chain Training experienced a variety of challenges and success in 2012/13.

Group Financials

Donations and Bequests

Donations and bequests support the communities, services and projects that need it most. While we receive funding assistance from the Commonwealth and State Governments allowing us to provide our services, donations and bequests help us to provide additional services, higher levels of care and the appropriate infrastructure to support our services.

Partnerships and Sponsors

We are sincerely grateful to our Government and corporate partners and sponsors who have so generously contributed, ensuring the Silver Chain Group continues to achieve our purpose - to build community capacity to optimise health and wellbeing.
