Over the past year 4,700 Silver Chain clients and their families had the added security of a fully monitored personal alarm and/or fall detector. They both enable clients the security of knowing a trained operator is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Amidst a year of intense industry reform at national and state levels, both within the nationally recognised training industry and the health and community care industries it serves, RDNS Training (in South Australia) and Silver Chain Training experienced a variety of challenges and success in 2012/13.
Our Quality team ensures that we provide client centred services which meet the relevant standards and legislations. It does this through a rigorous internal audit process of all sites and services across all states, and through evaluation and reporting of information relating to safety and quality.
