Anne Skipper

AM Grad Dip Nursing, FAICD

Anne was appointed Chair of RDNS SA in 2007 and became Chair of Silver Chain Group Board on 1 September 2011. Anne has extensive experience in corporate governance and company directorships for over 25 years. She is also currently a lecturer for the Australian Institute of Company Directors nationally and internationally. Anne's current directorships include the People's Choice Credit Union, Adelaide Central Medicare Local, Tonkin Consulting, Plan International and Plan International Hong Kong.


Dr Mary McNulty


Further to the merger with RDNS SA in September 2011, former Silver Chain Chair (2008 - 2011) Dr Mary McNulty is Vice Chair of the Silver Chain Group Board. Mary has served on the board since 1997 and will continue to chair both the Corporate Governance and Human Research Ethics Committees. Mary is a General Practitioner in suburban Perth with a special interest in palliative care, having worked with our Hospice Care Service for 25 years. She has been involved with general practitioner education and the promotion of palliative care.


Stephen Connor

BE (Hons), Grad Dip (PD), M App Sc (PM), GAICD

Appointed to the RDNS Board in September 2008 and the Silver Chain Group Board in September 2011, Stephen has more than 25 years' experience in property development with a specific focus on urban development, aged care and accommodation projects. Stephen has a consulting practice that operates across Australia. Stephen is currently Managing Director, Connor Consulting as well as Director at both Development Capital Pty Ltd and C Projects Pty Ltd.


Haydn Chrystal


Appointed to the Silver Chain Group Board in September 2011 and a Silver Chain Board Member since 2010, Haydn is Executive Chairman for the Chrystal Group and has been responsible for the ongoing growth and implementation of the strategic direction for the Chrystal family group of companies since 1995. He brings 16 years’ experience as a non-executive director on various boards and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Abbix Industries Pty Ltd and President Director of PT Caterlindo (Indonesia). He has previously been on the Board as Chairman and Non Executive Director of Snap Printing Ltd and a Non Executive Director of Australian Institute of Management (Western Australia).


Kathy Gramp


Appointed to the Board of RDNS (SA) in October 2008 and the Silver Chain Group Board in September 2011, Kathy has been appointed Chair of the Group's Audit and Risk Management Committee. Until 30 June 2011, Kathy was Chief Financial Officer of Austereo Group Ltd, Australia's largest commercial radio group. She has over 23 years finance and commercial experience in ASX-listed companies, delivering strong operational performance, risk and change management. Kathy is also on the boards of Southern Cross Media Group Limited and Masonic Homes Inc.


Robert Knowles


The Hon Rob Knowles was appointed to the RDNS Board in August 2009 and the Silver Chain Group Board in September 2011. He is a farmer and company director at Clarendon Victoria. Rob served 24 years in the Victorian Parliament and was Minister for Health, Aged Care and Housing in the Kennett Government. He is currently Chairman of the Mental Health Council, President of the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia and Chairman of the Campus Council for the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.


Bruce Levy


Bruce joined Silver Chain Group Board in June 2014 and brings to the board table more than 30 years’ experience as a senior executive and leader in the Australian health sector. Past career appointments include CEO Private Health Insurance Division, Deputy Managing Director & COO Medibank Private Ltd and GM\CEO, The Alfred Hospital, Melbourne. Bruce recently stepped out of the senior executive ranks and moved to the mid north coast of NSW where he is enjoying a very diversified lifestyle ranging from boutique B&B operator, to local community activities, to a range of Corporate Advisory and Non Executive Director board roles (including hospital pharmacy services and private hospital services).


Robert Radley

B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc (Eng), MBA, EDP (Cornell), GAICD

Appointed to the Board in November 2008, and the Silver Chain Group Board in September 2011, Robert is Managing Director of Azure Consulting. Prior to this, Robert was a Partner with Bain & Company, Perth Advisory Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a former Managing Director of Poynton & Partners/GEM Consulting. He has been a management consultant for over 20 years, prior to that holding senior management roles in information technology to a national R&D facility. Robert has extensive strategy development and performance improvement experience in a wide range of industry sectors. His consulting career has enabled him to work in Europe, North America, South America, South Africa and Australia.


Michael Still


Michael joined Silver Chain Board in August 2014. He has enjoyed a 30 year career in investment banking, corporate finance, equity investment and infrastructure in Australia and globally. Currently, Michael is Chairman of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, a Committee Member of the Medical Devices Fund Expert Group (NSW Government) and a member of the Advisory Council to the NSW Minister for Health and Medical Research.


Dr Judith Straton


Appointed to the Board in April 2008 and current Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee, Dr Judy Straton is a public health physician with considerable experience in academia and in government. She taught for over 20 years at the University of Western Australia, and then spent several years working in government, first as a Senior Medical Advisor in the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, and later as Director of Child and Community Health in the WA Department of Health. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Telethon Kids Institute, University of WA.
