We value feedback and believe that partnering with our clients as we plan and deliver services results in better health outcomes, as our services align to the needs of clients and the community.

Over the past year, we have developed a strategy which will ensure that we receive feedback from clients about the services we deliver more regularly.

What is consumer engagement?

Consumer engagement means our clients have the opportunity to be informed, consulted and involved in the design, development, delivery and improvement of health and community care services.

We are looking for clients to register to participate in our engagement activities. If you are a client you can register for as many activities as you wish, which include:

  • Email surveys
  • Focus groups
  • Representing clients on committees
  • Providing feedback on brochures, information sheets and other materials before they are published
